Customer Review: Non-adjustable Height We received feedback from customers stating that the chair is non-adjustable. During the installation, please remove the protective cover placed on top of the center pole of the barstool. This will prevent the chair from adjusting. If this does not address the problem, we will issue an exchange until this issue is fixed!
